DO YOU SING IN THE SHOWER? DO YOU FEEL THE URGE TO SHARE YOUR TALENT WITH THE WORLD?

MTV'S SHOWER POWER MUSIC HOUR would like to give you the chance to show us what you can do! Film a performance in your own home shower, singing along to one of these songs:

"Glamorous" by Fergie
"Ridin'" by Chamillionaire
"Girlfriend" by Avril Lavigne
"This Ain't a Scene, It's an Arms Race" by Fall Out Boy


Pack as many friends, family or anything else you'd like into the shower with you...the more creative and original the better! FILM IT and send it in! Just make sure to sing the song a capella (i.e., no music of any kind, recorded and/or played) and without making any changes to the lyrics or melody.

The best and most creative videos will have the chance to be featured on an episode of SHOWER POWER MUSIC HOUR. And YOU may be selected to appear on the show IN PERSON to compete in a shower singing competition in front of a live studio audience!!!

Nudity or sexually suggestive content will not be accepted. Feel free to wear a bathing suit or other clothing (be creative!).

You are allowed to use "Glamorous," "Ridin'," "Girlfriend" and "This Ain't a Scene, It's an Arms Race" only to upload your video through this service.

You may not post, copy, disseminate or display any video or audio recording containing the songs (in whole or in part) in any manner whatsoever. YOU MAY NOT POST THE VIDEO SUBMISSION, OR ANY EXCERPT THEREOF, ON ANY OTHER WEBSITE OR SERVICE (e.g. iFilm, MySpace, etc.).

Please Note: You must ONLY sing one of the four songs above. MTV must receive all required documentation and releases (including, without limitation, consent to a background check) from each person who appears on the video before you are eligible to participate.
