Money: If you're not enough without it, you'll never be enough with it!
Posted on: 05.11.2007
I Was on the RV for seven weeks all together and helped bank $40,000 and when it was all said and done I am the only cast member left( both pit crew and RV) who walks away with no money at all. LoL! I look at this situation and I never thought it would end like this, but I still have a big ass smile on my face. When the show started I thought that I would be this unbeatable force in the pit and a bad ass at every mission, well that is not the case at all. David and Derek definitely showed me that I can be beat and that is a lesson I needed to learn because before this show it didn't happen a lot.
When I was on the RV I definitely learned that confidence and sheer drive don't always get the job done the best, sometimes you have to know what you are doing. I am very skilled in many things and in those categories I think that I am untouchable, however, Road Rules was not about to let me get near those things and for that I am grateful because it taught me to truly adapt. After losing to Derek in the pit and losing my spot on the RV I began what would be the most frustrating few weeks of my life.
I said before that I am not used to losing so having the trouble that I had getting back on the RV was pissing me off! And then I finally get back on the RV only to have to go back again a day later to lose everything on a effing word search puzzle! What the hell? Every one of my pits were physical even when I was the smaller competitor so why is it that in the end they decide to have a brain teaser? Oh well, it's over and now I can resume my life and never have to worry about it again.
I think the viewers of this show are amazing! Not only did they have to suck it up and actually watch what might have been the worst Road Rules season ever but they even interacted and gave their time to vote and discuss the events of the show. Thank you viewers! If it wasn't for you people like me wouldn't even get a chance to go through something like RR and trust me it was a great time! I know some of you are very happy that I lost it all in the end, but to all of you who never stopped voting and leaving supportive comments about me I can't begin to thank you enough, you guys (and girls) are unbelievable.
So now that it's over and the book has been closed I guess my final thoughts are simple: To the entire cast I want to say thank you for being the people that you are because I think each of you taught me patience and understanding and that is the best lesson you can learn. I don't walk away from this hating anyone, but I do walk away from this broke. Ha Ha, just kidding (but it's true). I would really just like to end this by re-stating that I have had such a great time and I am very grateful and humble and hope to do it again sometime. As far as walking away without any money; I just have to say that when it comes to money if you?re not enough without it then you will never be enough with it! The memories and experiences are the real prize.
Thank YOU!

So once again I was not successful in the Pit and to the viewers who voted for me I must say that I am sorry! David is a great competitor and deserves his spot on the RV. Derek has also proven his spot and in my eyes those two are exactly where they belong. Never has Derek or David ever acted like my friend one minute and when I was gone used that opportunity to bash me with little comments when I couldn't defend myself. With that said there is only one question standing! Are you where you belong, Adam? You are a great competitor but just like Derek said the Pit is a lot different than a mission.
This week the Roadies were faced with a challenging mission, however, I felt that it was one that I could have done very well at. I am sorry that you didn't successfully complete it but that's the game, so now man up! I have had my chances so I don't blame the viewers if they don't choose me this week but be sure that both the man and woman they choose will come out like a house of fire. Tori, you should save your tears because the viewers have seen them way to many times before and they are starting to lose their value.
I would like to end this on thanking the viewers and hoping that you guys got the most out of this show that you could and in the end I really hope you get your revenge some day. Through out this whole show the viewers have always been honest, which is more than I can say for some of the cast. Hopefully in the end the ones who deserve it, Get it! I respect all of the individuals involved including those who have and maybe will defeat me because God knows you had to go through hell to do it!
Until next time,

WOW, Emotional!
Posted on: 04.26.2007
I would first like to thank all the viewers for showing
their support and voting me in to the pit time after time. Through out this
experience the viewers have shown me nothing but love and for that I can't
express how thankful I am for all that you have done for me. I know that I have
not been successful in the last few pits but I am not giving up, there is a lot
of fight left in me and I will never give up. Hopefully in the next couple of
weeks I will once again get my chance and win and give the viewers a little
revenge for all their hard work and support.
Stone Cold! Stone Cold! In case you missed it in my bio I am
a pro-wrestler and with that said I am a huge Stone Cold Steve Austin fan. That
guy is one bad MoFo. The mission was crazy and I will give the Roadies credit
in the fact that they tried their best but couldn't bring home the win. Kina! I
love you girl but that was some of the funniest s#!7 I have ever seen, your
face and actions were priceless. Kina you stepped up girl and did what you had
to do and I am proud of you. Derek, way to guide Tori through those rats and
other nasty things you definitely showed your value to the team. David, you are
an animal! Once again with your head on the chopping block you lead the way and
shined. It was hard to see David's breakdown tonight and as a friend I hope
that he knows how great he is doing and that this is a game and sometimes it is
played against you, so don't take the decisions made as a personal attack on
your performance no matter what they say to you. It was funny to see that the
one person who claims to love me and wants me to be her friend is the one who
says that if I make it onto the RV that I will join Derek on the chopping
block.
This game is crazy and sometimes it is played against
you and there is nothing you can do about it. I helped earn $40,000 for the RV,
and I know that there are people on there who have earned more but there are
also people who haven't earned that much and I just thought that maybe that
would have swing, but apparently not. In the end that is how the game is played
and I understand that and will hold no personal grudges if I am the one who
gets screwed over because I am adult enough to understand what I signed up for.
When the winners are unveiled and if I am not one of them then I will
congratulate whomever on playing the game better, however I have already made
decisions to not associate with certain cast members, not because they will win
but because I just don't see the point in associating with people who I don't
connect with any more. Regardless of what happens I will always consider David
a friend and hopefully in the future I will get to hang out with
Derek more because he seems like a cool guy. Adam and Kina you guys are
great and even though I don't agree with certain things you say you have always
been honest with me. I wish everyone the best of luck in the future but it is
down to the final showdown and let?s finish this one off strong!
Thank you viewers and in some way I hope you get your
revenge!
Peace out!

Another Pit, Another David
Posted on: 04.19.2007
First let me congratulate Derek and Susie on a great Pit success!
Derek has once again shown why he belongs on the RV and for that I must say good
job! Derek is a great competitor and consistently shows that he really wants
that handsome reward. Veronica stepped up and did her best to see that we got
onto the RV I just couldn't take us the rest of the way. I would like to thank
the viewers for showing me much love and like I have always said until there is
nothing left in my body I will fight for whatever is mine!
So let me sum up this week real quick. I once again saw Derek and
David lead the way with a great performance (Tori you did a great job as well).
But in the long run someone has to get s#$! on so why not the two D's. David
scored two touchdowns and hustled his ass off so for Susie to say that he let
them down is beyond me because how many touchdowns did you score Susie? It's to
the point where if you are going to vote someone in you need to tell them the
truth and not some BS reason that makes no sense. David if I am chosen to
compete against you this week I will be honored to walk into the Pit with a
great competitor and friend, and just lay it out on the line as gentlemen and
see who is victorious. The way I see it is that no matter how the game ends up
David and Derek have shown their true colors and for that should be very
proud.
During the game I could have stepped up more and helped the team
out but I failed to do so and for that I am very sorry. Everyone on the pit crew
stepped up and tried their best and you can't ask more than that from your team.
I hope that in the future I can give a better performance than the ones I have
been giving in the past. Just know that I will always give my heart to make it
back on the RV as long as it is possible so thank you to the viewers for voting
for me when you have. The game is not over and I am not done!

So long story short...
Posted on: 04.12.2007
Derek stepped in the pit and did what he had to do to send my ass back on a plane with another loss under my belt and his ass back to the RV. I must say that for two guys who are faced with the B.S that David and Derek are facing they keep positive and continuously shove it back in the faces of the people who are against them. David and Derek are very strong in the pit and will make it extremely difficult for anyone to take them out. If anyone in the pit crew is going to take out D&D it is going to be me which sucks because I enjoy competing against them and would love to compete with these two guys, but with the way that the RV is making it that will not be the case. Could you imagine Me, David, and Derek on the same RV! We would be could be called "operation 3D"( sorry, being in the pit crew gives you lots of time to think of stupid stuff) I do however respect these two men and don't wish to rob them of anything, but if I want to win then I have to.
This mission was insane! My hat goes off to the Roadies for going out and trying there hardest to accomplish this one but it just wasn't in the cards. It was good to see that T.J once again ended up on a Road rules show but he wasn't hosting this time. All the Roadies stepped up and attempted to do there parts to win but gravity is a son of a b%$h! I like that losing the mission isn't enough for the powers that be anymore, now they have to attempt to kill a Roadie on top of that! Hey guys how about we make Adam damn near break his neck for one damn point! I mean come on, it wasn't enough that David had to sacrifice one of his balls for the mission?
I would like to end this by saying that I feel honored that the viewers have given me the opportunities that they have. You guys have made these last two months awesome! As long as you send me I will give it everything I have to get on that RV and win that prize and with that money I promise to buy David a new ball so that he can have kids.
Until next time,

David's a Machine
Posted on: 04.06.2007
While watching the pit battle between David and Shane i was torn due to the fact that i consider them both good friends and didn't want to see neither of them loose but that is not the nature of the beast. Shane gave it his all and whether or not you bone dudes Shane you arel a strong Mofo. When David came out victorious i felt like that was his way of telling the RV that he is not going any where soon. David is a fierce competitor and will be very hard to take out in the future.
I must say that the highlight of the episode was when Tori was acting all tough and thought that she was going to tell David off and when the argument ended she was the one crying all over herself( big surprise). I think if David had issues with Tori there could have been a less aggressive way to handle it but when Tori called him out and demanded answers he gave them to her and you can't blame a man for calling out what he see's. I do however think that the producers need to add a case of diapers to the RV shopping list because after David fired back on Susie and Tori they both looked like they had s#!t their pants.
When push came to shove the Roadies lost this weeks mission but i have to give much respect to David and Derek who with their heads on the chopping block still pulled off the two farthest jumps. Congrats boys. After competing and talking with Derek i must say that he is a great competitor and all around nice guy and it's good to see him getting his shot and that is why it upsets me to hear Susie blame his victory in the pit on my "drinking." I will admit that i like to party and the night before the pit i had a couple of drinks in my hotel room to ease the nerves but when it came to pit time that had nothing to do with the outcome. Derek won because he played the game better and wanted it a little more that day not because of my drinking so please Susie don't s#!t on Derek's accomplishments. Susie i appreciate that you felt the need to explain me to the viewers but I am not Tori and i can stick up for myself but thank you very much anyways.
P.S Adam and Kina you guys did awesome and keep up the good work and all the other stuff will get straightened out. Kina your hair looked great girl.
until next time,

New Week, New Drama
Posted on: 03.28.2007
First off let me congratulate the Roadies for another successful
win! Derrick did very well in the pit and showed that he is a strong addition to
the RV. However, my hat has to go off to David for once again whooping ass and
standing out in the mission. David was told that he was going into the pit even
before the mission and showed his class and competitive instinct by not throwing
the mission but rather standing out and leading them to victory. By knowing
he was getting sent he could have easily thrown that mission and honestly I
wouldn't have blamed him but instead he showed his true colors and unstoppable
self-pride by making that chain his bitch. Sometimes we get so caught up in the
game that we don't take the time and self search who we really are and want
to accomplish but David isn't like that at all.
When it was revealed that the Roadies would have to roll around
in Animal crap I must say that for the first time in a week I wasn't so
depressed about being at home. I watched what could have been one of the most
disgusting missions that I had ever seen and was laughing the whole time. It was
good to see the team in their usual form pulling together and showing how
hard it is to stop that machine. Adam as always pulling off the rapid
fire joke delivery: David once again kicking ass but also taking the time
to do something disgusting (bro, you ate cow crap): Kina
showing that disgusted or not she was still all about having the most
fun in a bad situation, and that is why this team is so strong. Derek
must be commended on the way he took an embarrassing initiation act and just
rolled with the punches.
The weeks are counting down and we are almost to the end so it
was only a matter of time before things would once again get ugly. I myself have
helped bank $40,000 and do not want that money to get away from me however I do
not blame David for not accepting the nomination without a fight. This is his
dream and he brings more heart and determination to this game than anyone but
still this is just that "a game," and should be taken like that. If a
move is made against you then think of a counter and shove it right back in
there face. If someone figures out a way to take my money away then that just
means they played the game better and found a way to prosper and for that you
can only accept it and congratulate them on the better strategy. I do
believe that David is a force to be reckoned with and will not go
anywhere easily so the chances he will be on that RV next week are pretty
high.
I will end it on this thought even with as great as the current
team is there is still something missing from the RV and I can't quite put my
finger on it. OH YEAH! I know what it is now that RV needs to once again get
DANTASTIC! I have unfinished business on that vehicle and I need to get back and
square it away So to all you viewers it is time to vote me back in so that I can release my inner Danimal once again!
Until next time

My Time is now!
Posted on: 03.21.2007
Throughout the weeks the RV has been tested with tasks that ordinary people would not be asked to accomplish especially one after another like the Roadies have. This week the RV brought us to Bridgeport CA which is the home of the Marine Corps cold weather survival installation. I was very excited to arrive and see my brothers in arms there to surprise us with what in my mind would be the most challenging mission yet. Although I have a history with the Marine Corps I have never had to do the training that we were asked to do and that pumped me up for many reasons that are both Road Rules and Marine Corps orientated. During those days on the compound we were asked to learn avalanche rescue and cold weather survival and all at a high elevation which if you haven?t figured it out means less oxygen. The thing that the Marines and Road Rules have in common with me is that they both continuously force me to adapt and overcome obstacles that I have never been and probably never will be again asked to accomplish, and to have them brought together in this one occasion made it that much more special.
The mission came in two parts, Avalanche rescue and Survival. The rescue stick was to find an avalanche victim, dig him out, load him onto a sled and get him to a medical vehicle all in a time that would insure him the best chance to survive. The team pulled together and communicated well to remove the victim from beneath the ice and snow. From there we continued to gel and load the victim onto the sled in the safest way to cater to the injuries of the victim. The last task was to pull the victim (led by David) to the medical truck to hopefully save his life. David definitely stepped up and pulled his weight in order for us to accomplish this first part. The whole team really did well and showed that together we are one strong force to stop.
The second and final part was entitled ?survival.? When we hooked into our skis and journeyed to the bottom of the hill we realized that we were on a lake and in the middle of it was a hole. The Marines then asked that four of us would have to ski into the hole with a full pack being completely dunked into freezing water. From there we would have to hold on to both poles; remove the pack, swim back to were we had already came from; throw the pack back on the ice; dig the poles into the ice, state our name, home town, and the alphabet; and then finally remove ourselves from the icy water. In this mission especially we had to listen to our training in order to safely and successfully accomplish the mission. Since I was the Marine I wanted to go first but in David?s continuous campaign to prove himself to the team he insisted on going first. David, followed by myself, Adam and finally Tori all successfully accomplished what we were asked and for that I am so proud of everyone on the RV. There was definitely pressure for me to perform well in front of my fellow Marines but in the end I had to focus on what I had to do to help the team and nothing else. Sgt Morris and Sgt Dart did everything that was necessary to equip us with the training we needed to in order to be successful and for that I would really like to thank them. The Marines that we were involved with in the mission definitely backed up what I said about them to the roadies prior to the mission.
After we successfully accomplished the mission and said good-bye to The Few and The Proud, it was time to select who was going to the pit. I have had such a good time these past weeks and had an even better time watching David have the time of his life in his first week so for that I made my decision. In the past weeks everyone has taken their time in the pit and with that my time is now. I have had the time of my life and for that it is only a win-win situation when coming to the pit. I am going to the pit this week and I am bringing hell with me! So for whomever the pit crew member is who has to face me get ready for the fight of your life!

Time to set things straight!!!
Posted on: 03.14.2007
Over
the last couple of weeks I have heard comments that have totally have made me
look like crap. First off I remember where I come from and know where I have
been and for that I resent certain remarks made about me, but instead of making
a big production I will state my point in format. I love my original pit crew
and instead of writing some sissy explanation I will just state my point on why
I acted the way I did and act the way I do now! In the beginning my job was to
work my way onto the RV and when doing so play the game as I originally planned
to. I know that in the start we all thought it was pit crew VS the RV but when
looking at it from the practical and real point I realize that it isn?t the
case. I know why I like people and will state why. Starting with the pit crew!
David - David is intense and knows what he
is capable of doing and will do so to the best of his ability. He isn?t in it
to show face time or to be on TV but rather to compete and show his heart.
David has a heart bigger than anyone I have ever met and instead of talking
trash he would rather show it much like he did in the last two pit stops. Win
or lose Dave you showed how strong you were and for that I don?t know how you
have not been in the pit every week.
Ivory
- I know you think that I am brain washed but remember I have never been a dumb
person especially when it comes to battle. You know me and I assure you I have
not changed so just look at the big picture and see that it is not about one
team VS another but rather working together to accomplish the bigger picture.
Some people will lose in this contest but that doesn?t mean that they should
severe their relationship based on a game we all agreed to play. I did not mean
to ignore you at the last pit stop and when you mentioned it I realized I did
and feel bad.
Kristen
- I can sum you up real quick! You are amazing! You are strong and I can?t wait
until people wake up and see just how great you are for the game. Please vote
for Kristen. I seriously think that if she didn?t have such a great man at home
for her I would have totally fallen for her. I mean that with all respect Jake.
YOU have a great girl!
Lamonte
- you have a great spirit and determination. You have totally shown yourself as
intelligent, compassionate, but also dangerous. Keep it up buddy.
Jerry
- quite simply he is the coolest and most awesome person that I have ever met!
Veronica
- Although you and I started off badly you have definitely shown that you can
read between the lines and for that I respect you.
Susie
- you and I will have this conversation in person one day.
Derek
- When I met you it was during a battle so I couldn?t see who you were
completely. However, you seemed cool and look forward on seeing you in the
future where you can show me if you live up to your blog.
Now
to my friends on the RV.
Adam
- at first I thought that you and I would not get along, but after getting to
know you I realize that you and I come from similar backgrounds and have grown
close to you for that. You are a great competitor and deserve respect for that.
Kina
- We have grown to be friends in the fact that we share the same look on
competition. Your man struck the gold mine in you and he seems to know that so
I am happy for you.
Tori
- No comment, who?s kidding, you already know.
Angel
- I love the fire in you and have continuously surprised me with how bad ass
you are.
Shane
- Who would have thought that a heterosexual kid from the Mid-West with my
background would have found such a good friend in a homosexual male? You?re
wild man and keep it up.
Me
- Who knows what will happen in the future? I am just so glad to be here. Thank
you Viewers!

My Response Blog
Posted on: 03.08.2007
Hey Dan
I have no clue if you ever got my last message... But regardless, I was watching tonight and remembered last week's episode in which you unfortunately got into a small tiff with Tori. Seriously, take what all of these kids on here say with a grain of salt in regards to your reactions to your friends in Iraq and the inability to be home for a marine's funeral. I feel really compelled to write to you tonight and hope you know that I've written you out of sincerity in the past (as I have to both Kina and Tori). My fiance and I just found out today that he's deploying, again. We may have to cancel our wedding and he'll be gone for a year, on his second deployment. It's so frustrating and we basically the spent the entire evening crying. Watching my favorite tv shows always helps to keep my mind off of the stress. I don't know how you men/women do it. I remember you saying that you couldn't help but feel guilty for being on MTV while soldiers are over there fighting. Seriously, do NOT feel guilty. It sounds silly, but you being on MTV is kind of a blessing. The only military reality character that I remember seeing was that girl Rachel on Real World. She was out of control and talked about the most ridiculous things in regards to the military. She was a horrible example, but you on the other hand are a great one. So many kids watch this show (and adults like myself sometimes hahah) and it's good for them to see a wholesome, caring, and hardworking person represent the military. I know it must be hard because you think that people look down on you, but you're already a veteran. Don't be ashamed. You've been there, done that. And now you can bring it on the RV and show that military men/women are not robots that don't think for themselves. They're living, breathing, people with a heart and soul. Kids these days don't understand the value & purpose of the military. You're doing the right thing. Good luck!!! I would say your war cry, but I can't haha... my fiance is Army :) You know it goes!!! haha.
Posted by: Yvonne - Mar 8, 2007 3:28:32 AM
Thank you so much for the support. I am very sorry that you have to postpone your wedding plans and hope that the saying ?good things come to those who wait? will come through ten fold for you. I was very lucky that in the when I was deployed I did not have someone at home who had to go through the rough times you are enduring. Don?t get me wrong I had family and friends who were on the home front loosing sleep and I am very lucky to have them, but the fact that the love of your life and the man who you want to spend forever with is over there fighting has to be hard. I love the fact that watching the show can take your mind off of your situation even if it is only for thirty minutes. He is very lucky to have you and your love for him because I believe that love is stronger than any obstacle that may come your way. Don?t ever forget that you will be in his thoughts and in his heart no matter where he goes and what he does, you will always be on his mind. Sometimes it is weird that MTV has decided to use my little bit of military history to expose the most, but if that?s the case then I will do my best to represent and show that those are real people in those uniforms who have real faults and feelings it?s just that when push comes to shove they have a job to do and will put that job above any other issue they may be dealing with in order to defend the bigger picture. I may have a history in Iraq but my idols are people like you who continually have to sacrifice your happiness to defend the people even if they don?t always show appreciation, you are the best representatives of the U.S military. I would like to wish you two the best and hope that when he comes home your lives are full of happiness and you never have to feel a minute of sadness ever again, I know that may not be completely possible but for the most part I hope you are happy together, you deserve it.
Ok...Let me first say congrats on the mission! You guys kicked butt! BUT my main comment is this Dan, that comment that you made about Angels mom was SO uncalled for! (Devil Mom) Really you shouldnt have called Angel a devil either! Granted, Angel has some issues that she may need to work out and she shouldn't have called Kina any names either. I am NOT making an excuse for Angel DON'T get me wrong but with what you said it is like you were picking fun and that is in no way cool. For that alone I think you should apologize to Angel...well if not her then directly to her mother. Step up and be a MAN! Dont disrespect her mother like that. Well thats just my 2 cents. I wish you all well.
Posted by: SarahP - Mar 8, 2007 4:31:28 AM
You are absolutely right! I have apologized to Angel and feel really bad about saying that about her mother. When I heard someone ask where ?the devil?(Angel) was I thought I was being funny and said that she was talking to her ?devil mom? and after hearing that on the show I realized how mean that was and felt bad. I made a mistake and I am man enough to say that I was wrong. Angel had her problems on the RV but that is no excuse to personally disrespect her or her mother. I am glad that you called me out on that and hope that if I ever do stuff like that again you will let me hear about it.
first of all i just want to say thanks for serving our country.
i just wanted to say that i think that u and tori were being 2faced towards Angel. kina hit her and other people on the rv had already sided with kina dispite that fact. if u and tori were cool w/ Angel then u should have stayed neutral in that drama and let them handle it. Angel made it known that she had nothing but love for the pit crew including u and tori. the "devil is talking to the devils mom" comment was just out of order and brown nosing. Also, Angel didn't throw the game like you guys thought that she would to get more pit crew players on the rv. Just remember one thing that when push comes to shove, u r still a pit crew member and what comes around, goes around.
Peace and keep praying for our troups and our country.
Posted by: mrjblessed - Mar 8, 2007 5:15:21 AM
You say that we are two faced and that we should have stayed neutral in the argument. Forgive me but apparently you saw a different argument because I clearly remember staying out of the two?s argument. When Angel came on the RV Tori and I were the only ones who tried to show the others how cool she was but when Angel had decided that before she got on the vehicle that she was going to put up a road block to any of the alumni and when she did that she made her own bed. I consider Angel a friend but when you?re a grown adult and you decide to take a certain ground if I don?t agree I can?t take it with you. Also if you remember she herself said she was going to throw the mission and get more pit crew on the RV so forgive us for trying to cover us. Kina may have hit Angel but Angel hit her right back and right there they apologized which makes it a dead issue in my eyes so If you want to keep bringing it up I am not going to take you serious. This game is not about Pit crew Vs the RV it?s about survival of the fittest and being the last six on the RV. I personally would like to say that I consider the pit crew friends but that doesn?t mean that I will always agree with them if I think they are wrong. I can separate business from pleasure and even if they screw me in the end I will still have love for them because they are playing the game, you remember the game right?
Dan, I love road rules and I think that you are doing so great on the RV! You are a true competitor and it is clear that in every challenge you give it your all. Now as a viewer I don't know you personally but I believe that you have soooo much talent and so much to offer, so please stop smoking! You seem so down to earth, level headed, driven, and you are also clearly a hero fighting for our country. Don't throw it all away for a cancer stick! And plus, your so cute, please quit! Keep on kickin butt. I hope to see you on the RV for a long time! Peace.

The smoking thing seems to be a big issue amongst the bloggers so I?ll tell you what, this week I will cut down drastically and next week I will quite. I appreciate your concern and agree that it is about that time to get healthy again.
