Welcome to YOUR show. Your Friend, Andrew W.K. wants to help you with all your problems. Drop him a line on mtv2.com, and you might get your problem solved or your question answered.

Andrew reads his first letter, from Jack. Jack is sick of the "old me." Andrew W.K. feels for Jack and wants to help him out so Andrew is going to help whip Jack into shape--into a "new me."

We meet Jack in his apartment and he tells Andrew why he feels so out of shape: too many chips, tator tots, Little Debbie's... in a nutshell, too much junk food. Andrew calls Jack as an "in-between you," because is hair is scruffy and not well shaven. Andrew suggests a list of motivational phrases to hang up, so Jack can quit messing around.

During the break, Andrew is asked if he can help Margaret to meet superstars like Vin Diesel. No, no I can't, Andrew replies. Andrew and Jack throw chips, Kool Aid, Tator tots and a mess of junk food into a large garbage bag and post motivation messages in Jack's room: "Don't be a F****** Whimp!" Then, on to the hair. Andrew takes his shot at clipping Jack's hair and streamlining his look before they hit the gym.

At the gym, Andrew tries to inspire Jack through a warm up and bench press, though Jack manages just one rep. Nevertheless, Jack has a positive attitude, and feels much better about his new streamlined look.

Drop Andrew W.K. a line, and he might be helping you out soon.

    Angela Holt / Bayshore, NY

I have a personal problem that involves my weight. I would like to get a tummy tuck or liposuction surgery but I can't afford it. What can I do next besides working out, which I've been doing for six months already?

Dear Angela, life is what you make of it. If getting liposuction is very important to you, then I guess you can save up money and get it. But think about all the other things you could do with that money. Maybe you could take some of the money that you usually spend on food and give it to a charity. some people are starving to death and have no food--they'd love to have some fat on their bones...they'd think you're pretty crazy for paying some doctor to cut open your body and take away that fat. There's a lot going on in the world besides weight and fat. Try not to don't take the easy way out and find more things to focus on besides tummy tucks. Your friend, Andrew W.K.
