Full Biography
Although her role as Kaya may very well be her big break, Danielle has been working tirelessly as an actor. She had recurring roles on Heroes and Grounded for Life and was Jesse McCartney's love interest on Summerland. She has also appeared on TV shows like CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, The Closer, Malcolm in the Middle, Charmed and The X-Files.
Danielle has also appeared in several films, including American Primitive, Bring It On: All or Nothing, Boogeyman 2, The Final Season and In the Land of Women.
An accomplished singer, Danielle performs all the songs on Kaya, which is why she was perfect for the role. She was a member of the pop group Trinity, which toured throughout California with Radio Disney, and sang with the pop group Sweet Obsession. Her goal is to record her own solo album.
Born in California, Danielle began her acting career by appearing in TV commercials and print ads when she was just 7 years old. She graduated from high school at age 15 and immediately began attending college classes. When she's not singing her heart out on Kaya, Danielle enjoys dancing to hip-hop music, playing soccer, wakeboarding, snowboarding and playing with her dog, Brando.
