How and when did your dancing career start?

Started dancing ballet at age ten because my best friend was doing it too.

Are you in school? If so, what is your major?

No, graduated from UC Irvine with a B.A. in Dance.

Do you have a job? If so, what do you do to pay the bills?

Yes. I dance professionally with a jazz company called Rhetoracle. I also teach the dance program at Arcadia High School and other small dance studios.

What other talents do you have?

I love to cook, play football, sketch.

What do you hope to gain from your 'Dance Crew' experience?

I really would love to meet and work with different choreographers and learn more styles of dance.

Who are your own dancing idols?

Rino Nakasone, Teresa Espinosa, JP San Pedro because I love their style and musicality.

What is a source of inspiration for your dancing career?

I dance because when I hear a funky beat, my body can't help but start moving to the beat. It makes me feel free and alive. All I want to be able to do is dance til I am old and gray.

Who is your favorite fellow 'Dance Crew' member and why?

Lawrence Kao because he can always make me laugh.

Is there anything else that we should know?

I love animals and children. If I decide to ever stop dancing professionally, I am going to cooking school and becoming a chef. If I suddenly get a lot of money, the first thing I would buy is a horse 'cause I love horseback riding. I have the most supportive family and friends and I love my job -- not many people can say that!
