How and when did your dancing career start?

I started dancing after I saw a bible study teacher at my church popping at one of our church retreats. My dance career started when I entered a talent contest in LA with a group of high school friends.

Are you in school? If so, what is your major?

Yes. UC Irvine! Business Economics.

Do you have a job? If so, what do you do to pay the bills?

Yes. I teach dance classes at the UC Irvine gym. I use financial aid money to put me through school and my parents also support me.

What other talents do you have?

Mixing music, filming and editing videos/short films, cooking, writing.

What do you hope to gain from your 'Dance Crew' experience?

I want to grow as a person. I'd also like to make my family proud. All in all, I just hope that this experience can serve as a catalyst for my future career in entertainment.

Who are your own dancing idols?

Salah, J Smooth, Marty Kudelka, Expressions Crew, Poppin' Hyun Joon, tight Eyez.

What is a source of inspiration for your dancing career?

My family. My dad is a huge inspiration to me. My roommates also push and inspire me constantly. YoMama Crew.

Is there anything else that we should know?

My first freestyling in front of a big audience ended up being one of the most viewed online internet clips of all time. I got served when I first got up to freestyle on a big stage. (Look up "Robot dance clip" or "elsewhere" and you'll see me when I was fourteen.)
