How and when did your dancing career start?

I first started dancing when I was five (because the doctor recommended it to my mom) but I did not start taking it seriously until 2005. That's when I realized it was my passion.

Are you in school? If so, what is your major?

I just graduated from UC Irvine with a B.A. in Social Ecology (combination of Psych and Social Behavior, Environmental Analysis and Design, Criminology, Law, and Society).

Do you have a job? If so, what do you do to pay the bills?

Yes, I'm a working woman in the fast-paced world of fashion! I have several jobs...design and production assistant for a young contemporary woman's clothing line...marketing for a streetwear company (triumvir)...and sales associate at Zara South Coast Plaza.

What other talents do you have?

I'm a professional at living out of my car, eating a lot, and enjoying life!

What do you hope to gain from your 'Dance Crew' experience?

Anything and everything. I so fortunate to have this experience and I want to grow from it as much as possible in ANY WAY. A couple things for sure: networking, self-motivation, making my parents proud, and being able to help others from this experience.

Who are your own dancing idols?

Pandoara, Rino Nakasone, VP San Pedro, Shaun Evansto, Jr. Boogaloo, Expressions Crew in Korea, Nam Hyun Joon, Donna "D-Lock", Val Pal, G Haksu.

What is a source of inspiration for your dancing career?

In addition to my idols, all my close friends inspire me to work harder. I also want to be able to get better so that I can inspire others to discover this self-expression through dance.

Who is your favorite fellow 'Dance Crew' member and why?

I don't have a favorite. I admire everyone for all their special talents.

Is there anything else that we should know?

Kaba Modern is FAMILY. I really miss Korea -- trip family in Hongdae. MTV rocks! I have the best friends ever supporting me through this. I love Kaba Modern!
