We all woke up bright and early because we had been told that MTV would be in our lobby to pick us up at 8 a.m. to begin shooting Cancun Capers. A guy named Shea picked us all up (the boys too) and took us all back to the Omni Hotel to begin shooting. We were told to go to a room in the hotel to get our first clue. Three guys were waiting for us in the room, and we had to do favors in order to get our clue. We also had to eat some old pizza they had hanging around their room (gross!). From there we went and did interviews together along the ocean. The camera crew and we were all famished at this point, so we headed to the Pina Colada restaurant along the beach for lunch--some delicious fajitas, tacos and nachos. While we were eating the crew was in the process of planting our next clue. We were told a guy on the beach with a tattoo would have it. The only problem was that there were so many guys with tattoos on the beach! Eventually we got our clue from a guy named Mike.
 We then got our third clue, which involved going to the Cancun strip and getting three guys to give us their clothes so we could wear them. We were all pretty sure that we could convince anyone to give us their clothes at this point, considering we were being followed around by a camera crew. We found four guys from Nebraska and they started shedding their clothes. We took their clothes and put them on while they walked around the strip in some very skimpy white robes.
Our final clue of the day sent us to the Oasis Hotel to go snorkeling in the pool for our next clue. We were snorkeling around without any luck for so long that the crew finally had to give us a hint to look near the bar. Snorkeling in the pool was not an enjoyable experience. We were all dressed in the same outfits and had a crew following us around, which attracted the grossest guys who came over and tried to talk to us because they wanted to be on camera.
 After drying off, we went to the Up and Down, which MTV rented out so that we could run through Sunday's events. Everyone wanted everything to go as smoothly as possible when we met up with the cast of the movie Scooby Doo--Sarah Michelle Gellar, Freddie Prinze Jr., Linda Cardellini and Matthew Lillard--the next day.
We finished our rehearsal and went straight home to get a good night's sleep so we would be ready to go when the crew picked us up at 7 a.m. the next day.
