2. To enter: The sweepstakes will be posted on doritos.MTV.com, a website owned and controlled by MTV Networks, a division of Viacom International, Inc. ("MTV") starting at or around 12:00pm (EST) on January 26, 2004 and ending at 11:00 am (EST) on February 26, 2004 (the "Sweepstakes"). Participants must fill out the required fields on the Sweepstakes online entry form to be entered into a random drawing (collectively "Eligible Entries"). There will be three (3) grand prize winners (each a "Grand Prize Winner" and collectively, the "Grand Prize Winners") and one (1) first prize winner (the "First Prize Winner" and together with the Grand Prize Winners, the "Winners") selected. All Eligible Entries received will be entered into the prize drawing to determine the Grand Prize Winners and the First Prize Winner. Participants must complete all required data requested on the entry form. Incomplete or inaccurate entry forms are void. If an entrant uses multiple e-mail addresses to submit more than one online entry for a given day, only the first online entry for that day will count. By entering, participants acknowledge compliance with these official rules including all eligibility requirements. MTV is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site or combination thereof, including injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in this Sweepstakes. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of MTV which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes or for any reason MTV deems it necessary, MTV reserves the right at their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. Should the Sweepstakes be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, notice will be posted on MTV.com. Entries that have been tampered with or altered are void. In the event of a dispute over who submitted the winning entry, the holder of the winning email account will be declared the winner.

3. Prizing: Grand Prize (3): Three (3) Grand Prize Winners will each receive a prize (the "Grand Prize") including: (a) One-way coach air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and three (3) guests (each a "Guest") from an airport of MTV's choice near Grand Prize Winner's residence to Miami, Florida ; (MTV reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if the Grand Prize Winner resides within 150 miles of the Spring Break destination); (b) one night hotel accommodations for Grand Prize Winner and three (3) guests at a Miami airport hotel (c) One-way VIP-class air transportation on a private jet provided by the DORITOS® brand for the Grand Prize Winner and his/her three (3) guests from Miami, Florida to Negril Jamaica (d) One-way VIP-class air transportation on a private jet provided by the DORITOS® brand for the Grand Prize Winner and his/her three (3) guests from Negril, Jamaica to Cancun, Mexico (c)one-way coach air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and three (3) guests from Cancun, Mexico to an airport of MTV's choice near Grand Prize Winner's residence (d) two (2) night hotel accommodations for Grand Prize Winner and three (3) guests in Negril, Jamaica; (e) three (3) night hotel accommodations for Grand Prize Winner and three (3) guests in Cancun, Mexico; (g)$1,000.00 for Grand Prize Winner; (h)Ground transportation for Grand Prize Winner and three (3) guests between hotels and airports in each city in the above itinerary; and (i) four (4) tickets to one MTV Spring Break taping.

Hotel accommodations are based on quadruple occupancy and include room and tax only. Meals, telephone calls and other incidentals not included. The estimated total retail value of each Grand Prize is $10,000.

First Prize: (1): One (1) First Prize Winner will receive: (a) Round trip airfare for First Prize Winner and three (3) guests from an airport of MTV's choice near First Prize Winner's residence, to an event in conjunction with MTV Summer Concert Week (MTV reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if the First Prize Winner resides within 150 miles of the location city of MTV's Summer Concert Week); (b) two (2) night hotel accommodations for First Prize Winner and three (3) guests (c) $500.00 spending money for First Prize Winner; (d) ground transportation for First Prize Winner and three (3) guests between hotels and airports in the above itinerary; and (e) four (4) tickets to an event in conjunction with MTV Summer Concert Week.

The estimated total retail value of the First Prize is $5,000.

4. The tentative dates for grand prize fulfillment are between March 5, 2004 and March 13, 2004 and are subject to change at MTV's sole discretion. The total approximate retail value of this Sweepstakes is $30,000. The tentative dates for first prize fulfillment are in the summer of 2004. The total approximate retail value of this Sweepstakes is $5,000. The actual retail value of this Sweepstakes depends on current existing market conditions at time of prize fulfillment. Winners and travel companions must be available to travel on the dates selected by MTV. The dates for prize fulfillment and travel itinerary, including travel locations may be changed by MTV in its sole discretion. Winners may be required to furnish valid travel documentation prior to travel. In the event any winner is unable to travel on such dates as determined by MTV, or any winner is unable to furnish required documentation prior to travel, such winner of "MTV and DORITOS® ROLLITOS™' Jet Set Spring Break 2004 Sweepstakes" and all privileges as a winner will immediately be terminated. An alternate winner may be selected instead from among all of the remaining Eligible Entries received. Some restrictions may apply.

5. The odds of winning will be determined by the total number of Eligible Entries received.

6. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and by the decisions of MTV, which are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

7. Winners will be chosen at random from among all Eligible Entries received by MTV on or about March 1, 2004. MTV will attempt to contact each potential winner by phone or e-mail. Upon notification, each potential winner must call the phone number provided to confirm identity and eligibility within 48 hours of notification. If any winner is unreachable, or if there is no response from any potential winner, an alternate potential winner may be chosen, in MTV's sole discretion. If an alternate potential winner is chosen, it will be selected randomly from the remaining Eligible Entries.

8. The specifics of all elements of any prize in the Sweepstakes shall be solely determined by MTV. Some restrictions may apply. No substitution, transfer of any prize (or any part of a prize package) or cash alternative permitted, except by MTV due to prize unavailability at time of award in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. Unless specified otherwise by MTV, no cash will be awarded. Arrangements for the fulfillment of prizes will be made by MTV. Winners and their guests must each sign (a) an affidavit of eligibility and release of MTV, CBS, Viacom International Inc., Frito-Lay, Inc., and each of their respective affiliated companies and subsidiaries, from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action for personal injury and/or damage, theft, or loss suffered in connection with this promotion or the use or acceptance of the prize or any portion thereof to be eligible for the prizes; and (b) where permitted, a promotional release granting the right to use his or her name and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation; entry into this Sweepstakes constitutes each winner's and his/her guest's agreement to sign such releases. Winners must also complete, and require guest to complete, all legal documents and return them to MTV within two (2) working days after receipt of such documents. Noncompliance by any winner will result in disqualification of such winner and an alternate winner may be selected from among all remaining eligible entries, in MTV's sole discretion. The receipt by any winner of any of the prize components of this Sweepstakes is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state and local rules and regulations. 9. Winners will be solely responsible for paying all costs and expenses not specifically mentioned in these Official Rules, including, but not limited to all taxes (including but not limited to state and local income taxes) that become due with respect to their prizes.

10. Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States who are at least 16 years of age at time of entry. In the event that any winner is under 18 years of age, his/her prize will be awarded in the name of his/ her parent or legal guardian. Guests traveling with the Winners must be at least 16 years of age at time of prize fulfillment. Parent or legal guardian must travel with any winner or guest under the age of 18 at time of prize fulfillment. Winners and their respective guests are subject to proving eligibility, including verification of social security number. If any winner cannot furnish verifiable and valid proof of age within 48 hours after being notified of winning, an alternate winner may be chosen from among all remaining eligible entries received, in MTV's sole discretion.
