Episode 4:
Stacey announces to the pledges who their “Bigs” will be (as in Big Sisters). MacKenzie is matched with Nikki, Karissa with Amy, Maggie with Tiffany C., Julia with Loren, Nicole with Bridget and finally Brooke with Laura. The girls are then told that the Bigs don't know who their Littles are, so they have to try and trick them. Later on, Nicole gets a call from Tim of Sigma Chi Omega. He asks her out on a date, and they have a great time at dinner. They even discuss the situation of the sticky notes all over the DZO pledge house. Tim plays along and never owns up to being the one who did it.
At the next pledge meeting, the girls are told that they have to decorate bricks for their Bigs. They get the idea that they want to steal these brick from the Sigma Chi Omega pledge house. Karissa and Brooke don't want to come, and because of Nicole's relationship with Tim, she decides that it would be better for her to just be the getaway driver.
Once the girls get there, they begin to dig up the bricks out of the backyard walkway. Once they show Stacey what they have done, Maggie makes a comment about Brooke and Karissa not wanting to join in one the bonding. The girls notice that it almost seems like she is tattling on them.
The girls decide to go back to the house with Stacey, to show that they were the ones that stole their bricks. So, once they get there, they write “DZO” in shaving cream all over the windows of the SCO house and their cars. The girls even went to the extent of breaking into the house by climbing in through a window, but are busted by one of the pledge brothers. They run out, grabbing a few of what they think are pledge shirts. Nicole is feeling uncomfortable this entire time.
When the girls get back to the house, they see that some of the Sigma Chi Omega boys have beaten them back and are trying to get into the DZO pledge house, but everything is locked. They leave Sarah and Brittany behind to watch the house, while they chase after the guys. Once the girls return, they find out that the guys are really mad. The look at the shirts they stole from the SCO pledge house and it turns out that they belong to the brothers and have letters on them. Since this is a violation of the code of ethics, Nicole and MacKenzie go back to the house to return the shirts.Once everyone returns, the girls have a discussion. Comments are thrown left and right and Brooke and Maggie end up getting into a fight because Brooke is fed up with people talking behind her back. She doesn't know how she can become one with the other pledges if she hates some of them.
