Do you have an idea as to what career path you want to pursue when you graduate?
I actually want to teach - eventually at the college level.

What is your zodiac sign, and do you think you fit the description?
I'm a Virgo, and I totally do! Everything about it is me - very practical, organized, quiet in the background, likes to be in control of things. I don't like a lot of attention but I do like to be in control of things (if that makes sense). It's an earth sign, too, I think.

What fraternity at UC Davis has the cutest guys, and why?
The Pi Kappa Alpha. I don't know why - they just do. They are all hot!

What do you think makes a perfect housemate/ roommate?
Someone who's open so you can talk to them if you have issues in the house or whatever, someone who is hopefully somewhat clean and someone who's thoughtful - aware of what they do, thoughtful of other people's feelings. Communication is the most important thing.

Has anyone ever eaten food you bought without asking, borrowed clothes without asking, etc.?
Food, yes! When other pledges come over, they eat our food because it's all free! Not clothes, though - people borrow them, but not without asking. The scariest roommate story is when someone else is in the shower when you're scheduled to be in the shower - that's frustrating.

What music are you listening to right now?
I listen to everything, honestly. I really like Dave Matthews, Sarah McLachlan - I listen to a little bit of everything. (Speaking away from the phone...) Candace, what do I listen to? OK - let's say Pink and Madonna. I've been listening to Madonna since I was 5. I grew up with her and she's awesome, individual and very unique.

Favorite all-time CDs and why?
Dave Matthews' Crash is one of my all-time favorites. I can listen to it over and over and over. The entire CD is awesome - not just one song, the entire thing. Sarah McLachlan's Freedom Sessions is the most amazing CD - every song is amazing. I listen to it all the time when I'm really happy.

Favorite current and all-time musicians?
Dave Matthews and Sarah McLachlan.

If you had the chance to hang out with one musician or actor, who would it be and why?
It would be Jude Law - he's amazing! He is just seriously amazing, really talented and awesome.

Are there any TV shows that you absolutely could not miss each week? What are they, and what do you like about them?
When it's on, Sex in the City is my favorite, because it's a bunch of women and they all support one another. There are some real life situations - minus the 400 pairs of shoes that I don't own - but it's fun. I'm addicted to that.

What are the qualities of a perfect mate, in your opinion?
Definitely someone that I can talk to - that's very important for me. Someone that I can be open with, and obviously there has to be attraction there. Someone who's kind and intelligent. Someone who shares similar interests, enjoys finer things in life, has fun. Good conversation is a plus. Someone open to new things, who would want to travel... those sorts of things. And honesty, of course, is very important.
