Thanks to MTV and to everyone who helped me win the Inferno Fantasy Challenge. There are many of you (you who know who you are) who gave me a ton of advice and clues. In return I would like to help everyone in the next Fantasy Challenge by giving away some of my secrets.

Top 10 Strategies On How to Win a Fantasy Challenge

1. Watch the Commercials: In the beginning of the season, MTV always has a season preview clip (also found on MTV.com) that teases things from throughout the entire season. That first clip gives away tons of clues for future missions and voting off ceremonies. During the run of the season, watch both commercials each week--the "next week, on the show" clip that plays after the episode (and is posted on MTV.com) and the weekend commercial that plays on MTV. And don't forget to plug in that TIVO to see all of the details, it is a must have!

2. Players Will Be Players: Coral, Mike & Katie. Almost every week one these players were either bleeping, fighting, gossiping, or trashing. Play those that are consistent and score each week.

3. Message Boards: Get onto MTV.com message boards. There is always something you didn't see in the commercials or something that someone else might know (rumors, etc...) At the same time, don't believe everything you hear, use credible sources.

4. Use Trades Wisely: You don't have to use all of your trades right away. One of the reasons I won this competition is because I didn't waste trades on people running around naked. I used them wisely and usually when players got kicked off.

5. Get TV Guide Descriptions: They may only be a blurb, but they often give clues on who the episode will focus around (e.g. Katie and Veronica fight). They usually publish these description two weeks in advance.

6. Know Your Competitors: Know those who are behind you and in front of you in the Fantasy Challenge. Know what cast members on their teams and how many trades they have left. This can be critical in making key decisions about your team.

7. Don't Give Away Your Team: Change up your team during the week and change it at the last possible point so that others do not know who you are playing. Be very careful not to wait too long because your trade may not go through--your clock might not be exactly the same as MTV.com's clock. Believe me, I know from experience.

8. Always Think Three Episodes Ahead: During the Inferno Fantasy Challenge, David was useless at the end of the season. Many people used their last trade to pick him up because they saw on the preview that he was going to run around naked, a measly 15 points. Instead, they should have looked forward and used that last trade to pick up Veronica, 50 points for Fighting and Bleeping. Use all of the clues above to plan out a few weeks forward.

9. Create A Cheat Sheet: Once you gather all of this information put together a cheat sheet to help you through the season. This is critical to understand the timing of events including fights and people getting kicked off.

10. Have Fun: Although these contests can get very competitive, have fun. If you don't win, there will be another game with a great prize just around the corner!
