MTV Onair - Pimp My Ride

"Pimp My Ride"? I don't even know what the flip that even means. If it's like when you make your car awesome with a buttload of sweet gadgets, then Pedro's cousins definitely pimped their ride big time.

They're so lucky! They've got all the super-sweet hookups! They've got these top-secret toggle switches hidden in the glove box that make the whole car spring up and down automatically. It's pretty much like the shocks on Pedro's bike, only these are totally motorized, which is sweet. The paint job is also totally killer. It's like this amazing purpley-reddish color with tons of incredible sparkles that make it glimmer like a giant mobile disco ball on wheels. It's probably the best color that I know of. Pedro's cousins drove me and my date Trisha to the school dance and it looked awesome.

Then there's the hi-fi sound system. It's loud, and it's totally sweet, even though I couldn't find the tape deck flippin' anywhere. It's basically the loudest system I've ever heard. Probably the loudest in the county ... maybe even the whole world. It basically made me deaf on the way to the dance, but it got me really pumped to bust some moves, so I'm not mad at them.

I'm pretty sure that my Uncle Rico thinks his orange van is pimped out, and I guess it kinda is, for an old-uncle kinda guy. I mean, he practically lives out of the thing, when he's not tryin' to sell the neighbors something.

Gosh, I wish someone would pimp my crappy bike and make it sweet like Pedro's "Sledgehammer," with pegs and shocks and a flag. But I doubt there's an MTV show that'll fix my crappy 10-speed for free. Wait, is there?
