Official Rules: Pantene Pro-Voice "Tune In and Win" Sweepstakes

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to enter or win . To enter, read these rules and log onto www.mtv2.com (the "Web Site"), complete the required fields on the entry form and submit as directed or send in a 3x5 card with your name, phone number, address and birth date to the Pantene Pro-Voice "Tune In and Win" Sweepstakes ,P.O. Box 4841, Grand Central Station, New York, NY 10163. One entry per person/email address. Only entries submitted in accordance with these rules will be eligible for consideration. Entries must be received between 12:00 am on 8/12/03 and 11:59 pm on 9/12/03 . E-mail entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of the entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an internet access provider, online service provider or organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Sweepstakes is open to all female legal residents of the continental United States age 13 and over at time of entry, except employees of Gruner + Jahr USA Publishing ("G+J"), Pantene and Proctor & Gamble (together "Sponsors"), MTV Networks, subsidiary and affiliate companies, their advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate families of the foregoing employees.

Selection of Winner: Total number of eligible entries received determines odds of winning. From all eligible entries received, YM will randomly select one (1) grand-prize winner on or before 9/18/03 . Canadian entrants drawn will be required to correctly answer a skill-testing question in order to be eligible to win. The decision of the judges is final in all matters. Winner will be notified by phone or by mail on or about 9/22/03 .

Prize: One grand-prize winner will receive a 3-day/2-night trip for winner and one (1) guest to a concert of winner's choice anywhere in the continental U.S. (Subject to availability. Some restrictions may apply). including roundtrip coach airfare for two from a commercial airport nearest winner's home (approximate retail value $750), two nights' hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy (approximate retail value $500), limo transportation to and from the concert (approximate retail value $300) and a Pantene hair makeover (approximate retail value $150). The grand-prize has a total approximate U.S. retail value of $1,700. Travel restrictions may apply. Concert subject to ticket availability. All other expenses not expressly described herein, including, but not limited to meals, beverages, hotel incidentals, shopping expenses, and transportation to and from the airport and all federal, state and local taxes are winner's sole responsibility. No transfer or substitution of prizes except at Sponsors' sole discretion. No cash prize will be awarded. Trip must be completed by December 31, 2003 , or may be forfeited. If winner or guest is under the age of 18, must be accompanied by parent or guardian. Winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and publicity (where permitted) and liability release to be returned within ten (10) days from the date it was sent, or another winner may be selected. Prize notifications or prizes returned as undeliverable will result in forfeiture of prize and an alternate winner being selected at random from among all remaining eligible entries received. Acceptance of prize shall constitute a release of Sponsors, MTV Networks, and each of their respective affiliates and agencies, and their respective employees and agencies from any liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance and/or use of any prize or participation in this sweepstakes. YM shall be responsible for all aspects of prize fulfillment.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY/RESERVED RIGHTS. Neither Sponsors, MTV Networks, their respective parent, subsidiary or affiliate companies, nor their promotional agencies shall have any obligation or responsibility with regard to (i) entries that contain inaccurate information or do not comply with these rules, (ii) entries, prize claims or notifications that are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, damaged or otherwise not received by the intended recipient, in whole or in part, due to computer, human or technical error of any kind, (iii) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or (iv) any damages or losses of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession or use of any prize. Sponsors and MTV Networks, in their sole discretion, reserve the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Web Site or otherwise violating these rules. Sponsors and MTV Networks further reserve the right to cancel, terminate or modify this Sweepstakes if this Sweepstakes cannot be completed as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort.

Miscellaneous: Acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission to use winner's name, biographical information, photographs, and all other submitted information for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
