Jacob is the artist and businessman. While he loves performing on stage, it's the music that is most important to him. He wants to be the best at what he does. He is always looking out for the best interests of the guys in the band and often has to speak up when he thinks they are being taken advantage of. His transition from a "Justin Timberlake" look alike to his current dreadlocked "P.O.D" style was a shocker to many during the second season of Making the Band.
