Season 1, Episode 1
P. Diddy announces that he will be teaming up with MTV to produce the new Making the Band 2: Hip Hop series. Casting begins for Making the Band 2 with a little magic and lots of mayhem. There are large turn-outs at all the casting events and Diddy's a little apprehensive about having to be the bearer of bad news to so many people. Even so, he selects a group of semi-finalists.
