Dance Broadway's sole purpose lies in the expert training of young dancers aspiring to a career on the stage. Professional dancers and choreographers from Broadway shows and the stage spend a day sharing their expertise and insight in a dance class setting. This gives young dancers a glimpse of life in the spotlight.
In a nurturing environment, the students interact with those at the top of their field, learning combinations from current and classic Broadway shows, such as Chicago, Thoroughly Modern Millie, Taboo, Flower Drum Song, Kiss Me, Kate and Sweet Charity, to name a few, while defining and improving their performance technique and adding six combinations to their repertoire.
