I just wanted to give everyone a little background into our fraternity, Sigma Chi Omega. Our organization is about four years old, and we had our first organizational meeting in the fall semester of 1999. When we started, we had just over 30 founding fathers, and since then we have had several successful pledge classes. We are a local fraternity at the State University of New York at Buffalo. Most people don't know much more about Buffalo than the fact it gets a lot of snow and has good chicken wings, but Buffalo is a great college town.

This brotherhood is great for many reasons. A lot of people probably think that fraternities do nothing else other than go out and get wasted every night. Our fraternity is usually always up for going out and having a good time, but that's not all we are about. We actually run an organization, go to school, and do community service as well. I think you'll see that we are more than just the stereotypical fraternity most people think of.

For those of you who think you'll be watching something exactly like Sorority Life, I think you're going to be very surprised. Fraternities and sororities are very different and I'm sure you're going to see that very early in the show.

This fall semester was pretty crazy and there a lot of good times and some troubles too. We are already into spring semester now have just finished rush, and getting ready for our next pledge class. Hope you all enjoy the show.
