Every week the pledges take turns being the group leader. This week Paul is in charge. Some of the pledges think he's a bit overbearing because he does all his homework and is constantly cleaning the house. To Paul, now deemed "The Super Pledge" by the others in the house, this is just another set of activities in his super-organized routine.
Not everyone is thinking about cleaning the house. Some, like Earl--a self-proclaimed virgin, are looking for some action. While he's out at the club, he meets Sarah, a lovely stripper with "big eyes" for frat boys. After some deliberation with the other pledges, Earl sets a date with Sarah. Adding a SCO twist to the date, the rest of the pledges say that he can have the Land Rover if Earl gets Sarah to bring over her friends.
Back on the home front, "The Super Pledge" Paul is starting to slack off. At line-up he forgets one of the items that the brothers made them carry, and his pledge brothers hit the ground for 33 pushups while he counts. Then the pledges are late for their football game when they get caught up looking for Paul's missing jersey. The pledges are pissed and are beginning to notice that Paul is focused more on himself and less on being part of the group.
Meanwhile, Earl continues to see Sarah while the rest of the pledges continue to ridicule their relationship. Earl is not taking the criticism lightly and talks to his big brother Mags about the situation. Paul also decides to go to his big brother, Mike B. to get his advice on pledging. They come to a decision that Paul's new goal is to open up more to his pledge brothers. And he does just that. He goes out to the bar with his fellow pledges and ends up having a great time together.
All things end on a high note as Earl has some "fun" with Sarah when he brings her back to the house. Earl, grinning, comes to the final conclusion that it's fun to go out with a stripper.
