The topmost level of the Serenity Lake Sanatorium was home to Aaron Cobb, who had an advanced case of lupus. The disease so severely disfigured his face with scars and skin ulcers that his horrified community exiled him to Serenity Lake.
He was first treated in the main ward, but his appearance was so disturbing that the nurses needed to isolate him. A small attic in the main building became his home for the next seven years.
The minimal contact with others coupled with the personality-altering disease turned Cobb into what some described as an animal. Cobb was given the unfortunate nickname "Pig Man."
Strange and disturbing sounds have been reported from this upper area that was once Pig Man's home. No one has entered this area in over 20 years.
