Hi, I'm Artie! I'm one of the many characters on the animated series Daria. Unlike the unpopulated planet of Zorn, the world of Daria is overrun with a variety of lifeforms particular to its craggy surface. These often unappreciated beings (like me!) are secretly plotting to overthrow the so-called "stars" of the series and establish a new society made up of polygamous "pods" joined together in an interstellar coalition of cosmic unity. At least that's my plan. |

I'm staying out of it, boys and girls. I'm Mrs. Johanssen and my first memorable cameo was in "Café Disaffecto." After recovering from a minor hypoglycemic incident, I found the strength to appear in a number of later episodes. This month you get to meet some of our fellow bit players. So let's get started before my blood sugar drops to dangerous levels. Where are those damn diabetic macaroons? And remember, there are no small roles, only small portions.
