 Step 1:
Take the laces out of an old pair of 4- wheeled roller skates. Spray paint the skates with metallic gold spray paint. Let the skates dry.

Step 2:
Drill a hole into the bottom of the skate through the metal plate.

|
|
Step 3:
Trim the wire of the lamp and separate the pole from the base. Insert the lamp pole through the bottom of the skate.

|
|
Step 4:
Thread the wire back through the lamp base and cap off the end of the cut wire with a wire nut.
|
|
|
|
Step 5:
Attach the lampshade back on top of the pole.
|
|
|
|
Step 6:
Thread the laces back through the skates and you have your finished product.
