Before:
This boring wall is about to be Butterfly-ed...Mariah Carey style.

Step 1:
Select the image or images you'd like to use on your "wallpaper" and scan into a computer. Make whatever adjustments you'd like (add a background, change the sizes or colors of the images, arrange them where you want, etc.) and save your wallpaper. Super-designer and Crib Crashers host Todd Oldham made 3 versions with different arrangements to prevent the wallpaper from looking too repetitive.

Step 2:
Bring the wallpaper on a disk or CD-Rom to a copy store and have them print color copies of it onto 12"x 24" paper. Print 100 copies to be safe.

Step 3:
Put drop clothes on the floor and mask off the walls where you want the wallpaper to end.

Step 4:
Using a sponge brush, apply a thin coat of polyurethane, followed by your first sheet of wallpaper.

Step 5:
Using the edge of your cardboard, smooth the wallpaper onto the wall. To get rid of bubbles, smooth with cardboard edge from the middle toward the edge of the paper.

Step 6:
Repeat until entire wall is covered. At edges of wall, fold extra paper and let hang.

Step 7:
When paper is dry, take Exacto knife and gently cut extra paper along edges and pull away from wall. Remove masking tape and enjoy!
