Jim shows you how to wow the crowd with spirit, flair and a dash of flash.

Back Handspring
Jim does flips for you with the classic backwards jump onto the hands (see "Cheerleading Glossary" for full definition of this and other terms).

Back Tuck
Because of it's inherent dangers, this one is often practiced and perfected on the trampoline.

Base
Always a pillar of cheerleading, Jim demonstrates "The Base," by lifting a flyer into a stunt.

Cradle Catch
Jim shows how to do an end movement where a base catches a flyer after tossing her in the air. The base holds the flyer under her thighs and around her back.

Facial
"Facials" help get the crowd into the game, big time! Jim makes it look easy, but the trick is to always make it look like you're having the time of your life.

Pike
(See definition in "Cheerleading Glossary.")

Toe Touch
Jim demonstrates one of the most widely used moves in cheerleading, "The Toe Touch." (Ouch! That's gotta hurt.)
