We don't know where Jay Z finds the time, but between running Roc Nation, touring, signing multimillion-dollar sports deals and taking care of Blue Ivy, Hov has managed to hit the studio for a new album.

The-Dream spilled the beans Sunday night (January 26) when he walked the 2014 Grammy Awards red carpet after MTV News correspondent Sway Calloway asked him about Jigga's reaction to his nine Grammy nominations at this year's awards.

" 'Let's make a new record,' that's his reaction. We just working," the singer/songwriter said, recalling a conversation with his production partner, Christopher "Tricky" Stewart. "He told me and Trick to give him a new record, so we were like, 'All right, well, let's go.' "

Last year, The-Dream and Hov linked up on "Holy Grail," a Grammy-nominated single from Jay's Magna Carta ... Holy Grail LP, and now, they are at it again. "As big as these guys have become and as much money and as much wealth as they've acquired, music is still the focal point," The-Dream said.

"We love to do this. We know what it does. Any 3 minutes and 30 seconds we can deliver somebody from their misery out here in the world, that's what we put our heart into. We never stop. I know it's news ... we never really stop."
