Rick Ross' sixth solo LP, Mastermind, finally has a release date: March 4. The Maybach Music CEO made the announcement via a teaser video on Revolt TV on Tuesday (January 14).

In the ominous Hype Williams-directed visual, the standard MMG tagline, "The Untouchable Maybach Empire Presents," appears amid pluming clouds and copious stacks of newly minted $100 bills with an operatic chorus playing in the background.

After the album title hovers between two clouds, "March 4th" is shown to close out the clip.

It's only fitting that Diddy's new network was used to make the announcement since the Bad Boy mogul is currently mixing his good friend's new project. The news comes just in time for Ross, who has heard rumblings of late because the album had been pushed back from its original December 17 release and was still "up in the air."

"You know me," Ross told Hip-Hop Nation's DJ Scream last month. "Making that classic is more important than anything and making sure the streets are overwhelmed with what I am doing is what is most important."

In addition to the blazing hot Jay-Z-assisted single "The Devil is a Lie," fans are eagerly anticipating Ross' potential collaboration with Bobby Womack. Rozay revealed the secrets of his "biggest impacting record" exclusively to MTV News correspondent Sway Calloway last year.

"This album I most definitely tapped into the Curtis Mayfield of soul," Ross told MTV News. "I actually just got off the phone with Bobby Womack less than an hour ago. He's one of my favorites. ... We just spoke on it, so we got a little connecting to do, but it's feeling good."
