Do you love vintage pictures of One Direction? The short answer is: Who doesn't? That might be why the fivesome dug through their family photo albums to find their best childhood photos for the "Story of My Life" video in the first place.
The boy band released their Ben Winston-directed video on Sunday; bringing fans along for a surreal trip through time. Each of the guys recreates a photo from their childhood, as adults, with the photos morphing into one another and back. Not only does it include the boys at their current ages, but also the family members who are also featured in the pictures.
So, which boy bander recreated their picture the best? MTV News has put in the time to find out!
Zayn opted for a picture of himself hugging his little sister. In the re-created version of the picture, the details are pretty spot-on, including her pigtails, their outfits and the inclusion of the hand-drawn pictures by, presumably, Zayn since we know he's an artist. Extra points for also remembering the Christmas lights strung up around the windows.
Niall's picture is music-themed with the singer playing the violin while his brother plays the guitar. Many of the details are pretty spot on, including Niall's "jumper" and the placement of the clutter and toys. Though, we have to take some points off for his hair. You can still make out the blonde tips, which were not in the original.
In Liam photo, he's posed with his parents and two sisters. Everyone is dolled up in formal attire. For the re-creation, their outfits are pretty much the same, including Liam's black suit and shirt with silver tie. However, some of the smaller details, including the colors of the curtains and the umbrellas are slightly off.
Is there anything more adorable than seeing baby Harry eat a bowl of sausages while chilling with his mom? Well, it just might be seeing him grown up, still in his navy blue robe eating those sausages. He got many of the details right, including the throw blanket on the coach and his mom's leopard-print top.
Louis had the most complex photo to recreate. His photo featured his grandparents, but since it was taken, two of them are no longer around. Even considering that, Louis managed to nail down many of the details, including his red and black shirt and that heaping pile of carrots.
