It seems what happens in London, stays in London — unless there are photos. Harry Styles had one cheeky birthday bash and now the whole world knows about it. The One Direction heartthrob celebrated his big 1-9 last Friday night with some pals and an exotic dancer.
Photos posted on The Sun's website feature the singer getting a lap dance from the stripper at his birthday party, who showed up to the party dressed as a cop but eventually stripped down to her underwear. "It was great. I was in stitches," the singer told the U.K. publication when they spoke to him during the band's tour rehearsals. "I was in stitches, it was really funny. We had a great night."
The festivities took place at The Alibi Club in London, and the singer was not only joined by the dancer, but also his pals Niall Horan and British radio DJ Nick Grimshaw. Horan tweeted about the festivities, "Great night at @Harry_Styles birthday! Was a right laugh."
"Grimmy said I had to sit there because he was bringing a cake," Styles shared with the newspaper, referring to Grimshaw. "He started telling everyone to be quiet but I could see the cake in the kitchen and the candles weren't lit, so I was like, 'What's going on?' Then Grimmy said, 'Someone in here is under-age' and I saw a police hat bobbing through the crowd. I was like, 'Oh no!' The stripper didn't really say anything, she just began her routine. I have never seen my manager run so quick to cover the CCTV cameras but the pictures got out anyway."
So, how NSFW did it get? "She stripped down to her underwear but unfortunately there was a no-nudity policy in the bar. She didn't handcuff me but the funniest part was that when she finished she said, 'I'm really sorry I couldn't find my truncheon so I had to bring my nunchucks'. That was a bit weird," he recalled. "Then a guy in our group came up and said, 'I went to college with her!' "
In addition to the lap dance, Styles also got a blue and green cake that read, "Party Like A Rock Star." The bash reportedly lasted until the wee hours of 4:30 am. While he was out with a group of his pals, he didn't have his eye on any one girl — he tells the newspaper right now he's focused on their world tour (which kicks off this month in London) and not his love life since his split from Taylor Swift.
"We have to knuckle down and work hard, make sure we get everything ready so it's a good show," he said. "I want to focus on that, not chasing girls."
