Besties Snooki and Jwoww might be bidding "Jersey Shore" a fond farewell, but that doesn't mean we have to bid farewell to them. The ladies' spin-off series, "Snooki & JWoww," returns to MTV on Tuesday, January 8 at 10 p.m. ET/PT.
The show's second season will follow the BFFs fresh off the final season of "Jersey Shore." And if you thought the first installment of "Snooki & JWoww" was action-packed, this time around, there will be even more to entice fans of the wacky girlfriends.
"Two days ago, I just wrapped up 'Snook Woww' [season] two, so I can't wait for that to premiere," JWoww told MTV News last month, calling the spin-off by her pet name. "Unreal. It was awesome. It was so much better than the first [season]."
Since last time around, Snooki has welcomed her baby boy, Lorenzo, into the world. But fans will get to see what Snooki was going through before she went into labor. She's also embarking on her family life with her son and fiancé Jionni LaValle.
JWoww is also getting domestic as she readies her own wedding. She's set to get hitched to her beau Roger, and she'll let viewers in on her life with her fiancé. The 12-episode season will have one additional shakeup: The show is expanding to a full hour.
JWoww told us season two will have it all: "Lorenzo, the engagement, drama, good times. I don't know how it's going to unfold; I just lived it. And I just know it was the best two months of my life."
If you can't wait until January to catch Snooki and JWoww on the small screen, the last season of "Jersey Shore" is currently under way Thursdays on MTV. For more "Shore" coverage, head to MTV's Remote Control blog.
