Maybe you've met your biological donor dad or mom, maybe you haven't. You might have half brothers and sisters out there that you're in contact with, or you might be looking to get into contact with them. Maybe you found out one of your parents was a donor and you're curious if you have half-siblings out there. Whatever your situation, we want to know a little about your story!

Please send an email to donorcasting@gmail.com with a short video (webcam, skype, ichat, photobooth, cell phone or whatever format is easiest to record) telling us a little bit about yourself, your journey so far in meeting your biological parent and/or siblings (whether you have met him/her/them yet or not) and why you feel your story is important to share with the world. In the video please include:

-Name
-Describe current home life
-Other brothers and sisters in your household? Describe relationship
-How old were you when you found out you were conceived by a donor, and how did you find out?
-Have you been able to contact your donor dad or mom?
-Do you know of any half-siblings? Have you made contact with them?
-Are your friends or significant others aware of how you were conceived?
-Have you signed up for any online registries?
-Why do (did) you want to find her biological parent and/or siblings?
-Why do you feel it's important to share your personal story with the world?
