Solange Knowles isn't exactly a fan of Katy Perry's "California Gurls" Candyland makeover, and she's not afraid to let the world know about it.

In a series of tweets posted Wednesday, Knowles took Perry to task for her jiggly, sugary "Gurls" video after she caught her son Daniel Julez Smith Jr. watching the clip online.

"Seriously, I [d]on't like the fact dat Julez thinks he gotta sneak [and] watched 'California Gurls' on [You]Tube," Knowles wrote in one message. "Katy Perry is polluting the chirrens.

"It is like kiddie porn tho," she wrote about the "Gurls" video in another message. "All them damn colors, candy and sh-- ... and then Daisy Dukes, breast[s] shooting cream."

Knowles didn't stop there. In another tweet, she addressed Perry's now-infamous "Sesame Street" skit, which was canned after some viewers complained about the singer's slightly revealing outfit (a situation weighed in on by everyone from Perry's fiancé, Russell Brand, to, uh, Elmo and subsequently parodied by Perry herself on the season premiere of "Saturday Night Live").

"And then Elmo and t--s!?" Knowles wrote. "'Dat sound like a personal problem."

In the hours since she went off on Perry, Knowles has yet to address the issue again — she's spent an inordinate amount of time promoting the hashtag #blackgirlines instead — and Perry hasn't responded to the barbs either. A spokesperson for Perry had yet to respond to MTV News' request for comment by press time.
