On Thursday, the "Jersey Shore" crew will celebrate the second season of their show, which chronicles their adventures as they fist-pump their way through Miami. In honor of this week's premiere, MTV News has compiled a cheat sheet of where Snooki, the Situation, Pauly D, JWoww and the crew pumped iron, caught some fake rays and cleaned their clothes — in other words, where they engaged in GTL while in the Sunshine State's hottest party town.

While in Miami, the "Jersey Shore" cast would work out at the Xtreme Gym. "I see the guys come in three or four times a week. They're nice people," owner Harold Perez told MTV News. "They really like to work out. The girls went out running, they like to sweat. But the guys, they look in the mirror all the time."

When the crew wasn't at the gym, they would hit up Captive Sun in Miami Beach, where owner Robert assured MTV that they engage in "the more exotic forms of tanning."

"The guys were here the most. Pauly, he loves the standup. He's first in the standup," he explained. "That's his bed. The girls, they lived here [in this bed] and in the spray. The guys couldn't get back to this bed 'cause the girls [would say], 'You got to go through us.' "

After hitting the gym and the tanning salon, the "Jersey Shore" crew would do their laundry at the Wash Club. "It's a full-service laundry facility. We have the tickets that they actually fill out — every single day there was a drop-off and a pickup, every single day," owner Alex Shvarts said. "They definitely want to stay clean."
