With her first Best Actress win at Sunday's 82nd annual Academy Awards, Sandra Bullock achieved something no other actor has done before: scoring an Oscar and a Razzie in the same year.
A day before the Academy ceremonies, Bullock attended the 10th annual Golden Raspberry Awards, which honor the worst achievements in film, to accept two statuettes for her work in the romantic comedy "All About Steve." Bullock, who took to the stage pulling a red wagon full of DVDs of the panned flick, accepted the Worst Actress trophy along with Worst Movie Couple, which she won with co-star Bradley Cooper.
"I brought the shooting script," she said during her acceptance speech. "I'm willing to go through page by page, read the lines the way I did it in the film and, if anyone wants to give me a line-read of how I could've done it better ... we can do this till about 4 o'clock in the morning."
However, when MTV News caught up with Bullock on the red carpet before Sunday night's ceremony, the actress said that if she won the Oscar, both awards would sit on her mantel.
"They all go together, absolutely," Bullock said. Though she isn't so certain she'll still be in possession of her Razzies by this time next year.
"I might have to give it back next year when they reconsider their decision," she joked. "I just feel it."
Bullock also reflected on her whirlwind year. "It's one of those rare occasions in a lifetime when all the puzzle pieces come together and they work," she said. "You can't manufacture that. You can't plan it. You can't fix it. It's sweet — unexpected but very sweet."
