While Kelly Cutrone's primary job has been as Whitney Port's boss on "The City," starting Monday night (February 1) she'll be the star of her very own reality show, "Kell on Earth," airing on Bravo. And the reality star admits that she's not sure people are prepared to watch a show that's all Kelly all the time.

"I have another TV show ... we'll have to see [if people like it]. I mean, I know where I fit in on MTV and fit in on 'The City' and I'm coming back," Cutrone told MTV News when she stopped by to talk about her new book, "If You Have to Cry, Go Outside." "The Bravo show's coming up and we'll have to see what people say and if they want to look at that part of my life or not."

What does Cutrone think will be most shocking to "Kell on Earth" viewers? She isn't just the tough-as-nails boss that they are used to from "The City" and "The Hills" — she apparently has a softer side. "I don't think I'm different. I think sometimes I'm meaner and sometimes I'm nicer because I'm on TV longer," she said. "I don't know if people want to see me be nice."

While she said there aren't any cameos planned from "The City" girls, she does promise that it will give a very real and in-depth look at life in fashion PR. "You just see more of me and we'll figure out if people actually want to see more of me or not," she explained. "[In] 'The City' I'm in a supportive role and [that] is a show about four or five young women who are in New York trying to make their way. 'Kell on Earth' is a show about a single mom who employs a lot of these women and what happens on the day in and day out. It's a little more focused on work."
