Lauren Conrad's literary empire is about to get sweeter. The "L.A. Candy" author is revved up to write a new book, but instead of musing about Jane Roberts' life in the fast lane of reality TV, this time the former "Hills" star will share her style tips in the nonfiction "Lauren Conrad Style."

People magazine reports that the book is set to be published by HarperCollins in the fall of 2010 and will not only feature never-before-seen photos of the reality star, it will also offer Conrad's handy tips on how to dress.

"I am really excited to write a style guide," Conrad said about the book. "I think fashion should be fun and reflective of who you are. When you wear clothes you feel good in, it shows in everything you do. I know this guide will offer simple, practical tips to help anyone look fabulous."

Conrad's "L.A. Candy" was a best-seller this year, and the next novel in her literary opus, "Sweet Little Lies," is expected to go on sale on February 2, 2010. She'll kick off a 10-city book tour promoting the novel beginning February 3 in New York City.

And when Conrad isn't busy writing books or working on the "L.A. Candy" movie, she is spending her time designing her clothing line, LC Lauren Conrad, for Kohl's. "This is what I love. It's kind of why I did everything else," she explained about her clothing line. "When I'm doing sketches or going through color swatches, that's the best time for me."
