"I think the one thing we have going for us is it was a real fight that was filmed, and Franco tried to diffuse the situation. Those [other] fights are choreographed. It's the showdown that a lot of people have been looking for."

"Those are all the sacrifices you make for a good movie, and it would be nice to be rewarded for buzzing all the arm hair," he said of his dedication. "It might be the first time ever [the] aerodynamic fight has won."

"I love 'Slumdog,' but it's already had its time in the sun. Let's give it to 'Pineapple Express,' " he said.
