Do you want to get butt implants, ear shaping, genital pearling, labiaplasty or other plastic surgery society would deem unusual?

TRUE LIFE: I'M PREPARING FOR THE END OF THE WORLD
Do you or your family believe the world is ending? Does the end of the Mayan Calendar on December 21, 2012 have you preparing for the apocalypse? Do you or your parents believe a monumental shift in the universe will occur in 2012 that will change the world? Have you joined a survival group? Are you stockpiling supplies or building a shelter in preparation? Are you preparing to move or have moved to a location better suited to survive the oncoming disasters? Are you actively spreading the word to others about the oncoming end?

Has your belief (or your family's belief) in the end of the world affected your friendships? Has the belief that the world is ending changed your relationship with your parents? Do responsibilities like studying, staying healthy and getting or keeping a job seem pointless? Has thinking about and preparing for the end of the world become an obsession?

TRUE LIFE: I HAVE SOCIAL ANXIETY
Do you hate leaving the house because you feel everyone is looking at you? Do you want to go to parties but feel extremely nervous about meeting new people? Does your fear of interacting with others disrupt your relationships or your job? Are you about to seek treatment? Is something about to happen in your life that is forcing you to face your social anxiety?

If you appear to be between the ages of 18-28 and have answered 'yes' to any of these questions, MTV wants to hear your story. TRUE LIFE: I HAVE AN OUT OF CONTROL PET
Is your pet ruling your life? Is it hard to tell who's at what end of the leash anymore? Are you finding it tough to keep the claws at bay? Perhaps your pet was a perfect angel until another animal was introduced into the house, and now you're constantly doing damage control. Or perhaps you moved your pet, and he hates his new surroundings. Have you tried anything and everything to control their behavior but nothing seems to work? Has your pet been a nut right from the start? Or have you spoiled him and are now seeing the repercussions?

Has your significant other's behavior gotten so out of hand you're worried about the future of your relationship? Have you tried to get them to stop only to have them go right on humiliating you?
