Considering the drama she's been surrounded by for the past few years, it's pretty impressive that Britney Spears has been on her Circus tour for almost two months now without any major incidents. Yes, there have been some wardrobe malfunctions, a few strange onstage comments and a Canadian show last month that was delayed by excessive smoking.

But on Sunday at the Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Connecticut, it was not Spears bringing the chaos for once. Instead, overzealous 20-year-old fan Kyle King was arrested after he charged onto the stage during the encore performance of "Womanizer" and tried to dance along with the singer. According to E! Online, the Orlando man snuck past security and climbed over a barrier, getting within several feet of Spears and nearly making contact with the visibly shaken singer before her backup dancers and security guards pulled him away.

In a number of videos of the incident that were posted online, King, wearing jeans and a white T-shirt, can clearly be seen running up to the stage and wriggling his hips in front of Spears before a backup dancer in sexy-cop gear and a pair of burly, shirtless male dancers escort him away.

TMZ reported that King — who state police said had been drinking before the incident — was arrested for breach of peace and, after being "highly uncooperative" while in custody, was also booked for interfering with police.

King was released on Monday morning on $250 bond and ordered to return to Norwich Superior Court on June 18.
