These days, there's one question on everyone's mind when it comes to teen superstar
"Everyone's said that today," she said of persistent Web chatter that she'll be providing the voice of Britney the Chipette in this year's "Squeakuel" to the "Alvin and the Chipmunks" movie. "No, I hadn't even heard that rumor yet."

Along those same lines, Miley shot down the rumor that she was starring in a reimagining of the silly, lighthearted '80s classic "Adventures in Babysitting." "I'm not in that movie either," she laughed. "I guess I get secretly cast in a lot of things."
Instead, Miley will begin shooting Nicholas Sparks' "The Last Song" soon, based on a book and script that were tailor-made to help her grow into adulthood. And beyond that, Miley said there were only two plans in her immediate future: Put "Hannah Montana" behind her and follow the path that made Foster, Ricci and others into credible adult stars. "I'm definitely going for more edgy roles right now," she explained.
