Experimental Cleveland rockers Pere Ubu have just released their 11th album, Pennsylvania, which was produced by iconoclastic warbler and group leader David Thomas. The 15-track opus features the songs "Woolie Bullie," "Highwaterville," "Mr. Wheeler," "Muddy Waters" and "The Duke's Saharan Ambitions."
