DMX, who pleaded guilty last week to driving under the influence and reckless endangerment, was arrested Wednesday for charges including speeding, driving an unregistered vehicle and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.

The rapper, whose real name is Earl Simmons, was driving 104 mph in a 65 mph zone on Interstate 684 in North Castle, New York, according to The Associated Press.

His license had been suspended following a June incident at New York's Kennedy International Airport (see "DMX Faces Drug, Weapons Charges After Airport Incident" and "DMX Pleads Guilty To DUI And Reckless Endangerment").

Following his arrest on Wednesday, Simmons, 33, was released on $350 bail and was ordered to appear in court on January 18. Prosecutors are investigating whether Wednesday's incident violated the terms of Simmons' conditional discharge, according to the AP.

Simmons's lawyer and manager could not be reached for comment.
