HOLLYWOOD — Considering that "Jackass" built its reputation by being a show where its stars would seemingly do anything, the arrival of "Jackass: The Movie" begs the question: What more could there possibly be to see?

Well, if most of the members of the celebrity posse that assembled at a recent backyard screening hosted by Johnny Knoxville are to be believed, "Jackass: The Movie" has somehow upped the ante. (Click for photos from the "Jackass" backyard BBQ.)

Paper cuts. Vomiting. Urine-drinking. More vomiting.

"[This should get] an Oscar this time," Green Day's Tre Cool joked, referencing the "Jackass" leap from TV to the big screen. "And show those Emmy people what time it is."

"Most of the movie was too much for me," Weezer frontman Rivers Cuomo said. "I'm squeamish."

"I was laughing so hard, I was crying, like for at least, the whole time," added his bandmate, drummer Pat Wilson. "It was amazing."

The particularly grizzly "paper cut" scene was introduced into the conversation.

"Some people can't deal with paper cuts," Wilson said. "[But] I don't know what the deal is. It doesn't bother me at all."

The urine-drinking scene was also mentioned.

"Pat's doing it right now," Cuomo joked, pointing to Wilson's beer cup.

"What's ['Jackass'] going to be in 50 years?" Wilson mused. "Like, 'Here, cut my arm off and sew it back on'?"

"It's all the stuff we couldn't show on TV, and, uh, probably shouldn't have shown on film," Knoxville later explained.

"Being it's a movie, there are a lot more gnarly things in there," co-star Steve-O added. "And the DVD is gonna be like the best thing ever. It's just gonna be a whole 'nother movie of deleted scenes."
