Grammy-nominated R&B singer/poet Jill Scott has announced 11 dates for a tour kicking off January 27 in Atlanta.

Scott and her debut album, Who Is Jill Scott? Words and Sounds Vol. 1, are nominated for three Grammy awards — Best New Artist, Best Female R&B Vocal Performance (for "Gettin' in the Way") and Best R&B Album. She'll wrap the tour on February 22 in Universal City, California.

More dates will be announced in the next week, according to Scott's booking agent.
