The latest cross-over is singer Lisa Stansfield, who by now has been all around the world, and has now decided to make movies. Her first film gig is set to begin production in the U.K. next month. The film is titled "Swing," which is about five working class men who form a swing band.
Stansfield will play one of the character's girlfriend, who joins the band as a singer. Also featured in the movie is the charismatic E Street saxophone player Clarence Clemons (another cross-over) and actor Hugo Speer, otherwise known as the well-endowed member of "The Full Monty."
Stansfield will also be featured on the soundtrack. No word yet on when "Swing" will be released, but we'll keep you posted.
