With Mel C. touring behind her solo debut, and Mel G. and Emma Bunton both recording their own songs for soundtracks, it would follow that the remaining active Spice Girl, Victoria Adams, might want to start getting busy with kicking off her solo career. According to a spokesperson for the group at Virgin Records in the U.K., that's just what she's doing, sort of.

The newly married Posh Spice has been spending some time in the studio in England, writing and recording solo material, but has no set plans to release anything at this point. However, if something "amazing" comes from the sessions, it could be released in some form.

Spice fans needn't be concerned about this flurry of solo activities; Victoria, Emma and the Mels will be getting together in December for a string of eight concert dates in England.

The group are still working on their third record, which will be their first without Geri Halliwell (see ).
