March 24 [12:00 EST] -- U2's chart-topping "POP" reign proved to be short-lived as rapper Scarface's "The Untouchable" debuted at number one on the "Billboard" album chart this week.
The Men from Dublin are still near the top of chart though, as their latest effort slipped one position to number two.
Elsewhere, the Spice Girls continue to climb as their album "Spice" stepped up from six to four this week, and Jewel, Celine Dion, and No Doubt continue their lengthy residency in the top ten.
The only other releases to debut in the top 20 this week belong to Collective Soul (as their "Disciplined Breakdown" arrived at number 16) and the soundtrack to "Selena" (which debuted at 20).
On the singles chart, Sean "Puffy" Combs spends another week at number one with "Can't Nobody Hold Me Down." The top three singles remained unchanged from last week as the Spice Girls and Jewel trailed Puffy for the second straight week.New arrivals included Celine Dion's version of "All By Myself" which debuted at number seven, and Sheryl Crow's "Every Day Is A Winding Road" which landed at 13.
