Police in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, have charged Noreaga, a.k.a. Vincent Santiago, with assaulting a fan in a parking lot following a performance Friday night that saw the rap star booed off the stage by an unhappy crowd.

The Associated Press reports that Noreaga had showed up at the concert four hours late and proceeded to insult the audience, calling them a "sorry crowd" and accusing them of having no money. The backlash forced him to leave the stage after just one song.

According to the AP report, members of the audience followed the rapper into the parking lot. A bicycle was thrown at his car, which started an altercation that saw Noreaga and his bodyguards allegedly assault a 16-year-old male. The boy was treated for his injuries and released. A warrant was issued for the performer. The police went to his hotel with the intention of arresting him, but Noreaga had reportedly already checked out. He is now considered a fugitive.
