Naughty By Nature's Treach and Pepa from Salt-n-Pepa have just given birth to a true hip-hop child, a baby girl named Egypt.
The bundle of hip-hop joy arrived early last month, and during Usher's 20th birthday party at New York City's Tavern on the Green, Treach talked about being a new daddy with Brand Nubian's Lord Jamar.
"Her name is Egypt," Treach said, "and she's a month old. She's a hip-hop baby up in here with me and Pep doing it. She was born on September 2, she's a Virgo. She's spittin' lyrics already. It's a goo goo ga ga thing right now for her, but she's spittin' those lyrics. She's gonna have her way up in [music] somewhere." "We bring this all because it's a culture,"
According to Treach, Pepa and Egypt were at home and both were doing well.
