No Limit rapper Mystikal is still busy finishing up his third album, "Ghetto Fabulous," but took time out from the studio to shoot a video for the first single, "That's the Rapper."

Filmed on location at an airplane hangar in Los Angeles, Mystikal said that the new single was intended to herald his return to the rap scene after the short lay-off following his previous album, 1997's "Unpredictable."

"'That's the Ripper' is just another song saying Mystikal is back," the rapper said, "that's him, that's a good rappin' individual who needs to get his props, take your girlfriend and get all the attention. So that's basically what that is you know what I'm saying. Just my singing to let them know that I'm coming back, and to look out for the album." [28.8 RealVideo]

"Ghetto Fabulous" is due in stores on December 15, while the video and single for "That's the Rapper" should be out in mid-to-late November.
