The Mighty Mighty Bosstones were forced to cancel a performance at the Whisky A Go-Go over the weekend when a water main and sewage pipe erupted in West Hollywood and flooded the legendary club with water.

The band, which has just released its newest album, "Pay Attention," was in town to play a show for Los Angeles radio station KROQ on May 13. That gig has now been rescheduled to May 25 and moved to the Roxy Theater, as the Whisky is already booked for that make-up date.

After the Whisky A Go-Go show was officially canceled around 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, the Bosstones stuck around the club, hanging out with the 300 fans that had already lined up outside the venue and signing autographs.

When the Boston ska-sters return to L.A. on May 25, the group will also be performing its new single, "So Sad To Say," on "The Tonight Show With Jay Leno" in addition to the rescheduled Roxy gig.

Aside from that show, the Mighty Mighty Bosstones still have a few radio festival dates left in its spring itinerary, including the Pointfest on May 21 in Maryland Heights, Missouri, before heading over to Europe in early June for two weeks' worth of pre-Warped Tour gigs.

The 2000 Warped Tour, featuring the Bosstones, Green Day, The Donnas, and NOFX, among others, kicks off on June 23 in Fresno, California (see "Vans Warped Tour 2000 Maps Out Dates").
